" A charming thatched cottage situated in an enviable location within the heart of Middleton on Sea village. The property is presented in excellent decorative order throughout and retains immense character. Particular features include a bright double aspect lounge with attractive brick fireplace and inset gas fire, dining room leading through to a large conservatory, which opens onto the immaculate gardens, and kitchen with cottage style units. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and bathroom with feature roll top bath. Outside there is a detached single garage and to the front of the property a long driveway provides ample parking. The rear garden measures 93' approximately and is predominantly laid to lawn with summerhouse and rear access onto The Byway. Planning permission has been granted for a single storey extension to the side and rear of the property (plans can be viewed at the office).

The village of Middleton on Sea offers a range of local facilities briefly comprising a primary school, two doctors' surgeries, one with a pharmacy, a post office, newsagent, convenience store, hardware store and florist.
