" This semi-detached bungalow is positioned within a pleasant residential road of similar properties and occupies a generous plot with a south facing garden at the rear and off-road parking to the front.
The accommodation briefly comprises double glazed entrance porch with further double glazed door into the hallway. The hallway offers a walk-in store cupboard and further meter cupboard. From the hallway doors lead to the kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen benefits from having a larder cupboard and double glazed side door to garden. The sitting room leads onto an inner hallway which in turn leads to the bathroom and both bedrooms. The bathroom has been modernised and comprises a white suite and white tiling with a shower over the bath, while both bedrooms have either built-in or fitted wardrobes.

Outside, to the front is an area of off-road parking and to the rear, the south facing garden offers a good level of privacy and measures approximately 57' x 29'. It is mainly laid to lawn with side borders and an area of patio.

Lodsworth Road is located in Nyetimber. The village of Nyetimber is located to the west of Bognor Regis and within the parish of Pagham. Local facilities will be found at both Nyetimber itself and Rose Green, both of which offer a range of local services and shops. It offers some local facilities including: a convenience food store, post office, newsagents and several public houses. Local infant and junior schools can be found at the nearby village of Rose Green amongst other facilities. A regular bus service links the village to the nearby Bognor Regis town centre which offers a more comprehensive range of facilities and a train link from Bognor Regis will terminate at London/Victoria. The Cathedral City of Chichester can be found within seven miles and the famous Goodwood motor circuit and race course within ten miles of Nyetimber.
