Location

The property is located just to the west of the Bognor Regis town centre only approx 50 yards from the seafront on a residential road. There are a host of amenities within the vicinity including Aldwick Shopping Parade and Tesco Express, takeaways, chemist, post office, restaurants and bars. For boat enthusiasts Bognor Regis Yacht Club is located just over the road. There are also various other parks and gardens located close by.
