" This spacious and characterful 1930's semi detached house is located in the heart of Bognor Regis town centre just a short walk from the beach and promenade, the precinct shopping facilities and the mainline railway station. The current owners have updated the property over the years and the accommodation now offers modern facilities whilst retaining some original character features including fireplaces, stripped floorboards, picture and dado rails, and the original panelled doors.
