DESCRIPTION
If you are looking for a nostalgic beautiful holiday home right by the sea or a flexible family home in the heart of the Steyne, then look no further. The Steyne dates back as far as the 1820s and the properties were built to accommodate the rise in the towns tourism. The Steyne 'contained some excellent lodging houses' and the guide continued that it was considered to be 'the pleasantest spot in Bognor.'

The Steyne itself is also a very interesting area of the town and I would suggest that it is well worth a visit to see the gardens, and maybe just sit awhile and imagine all the people who have visited this particular area since the 1820s.

The Character family home offers spacious accommodation for a family, and has the potential to offer separate living accommodation for additional family members.
