" Situated on the first floor of this pleasant retirement development is this double bedroom flat. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with storage cupboard, good size south facing sitting room with patio doors opening onto a 'Juliet' balcony giving pleasant views over the communal gardens, kitchen fitted with wooden wall and floor units, double bedroom which has wooden laminate flooring, a fitted wardrobe and another set of patio doors opening onto the 'Juliet' balcony. The bathroom has recently been refitted with a double shower cubicle, vanity unit wash hand basin and WC.

Arran Gate was constructed in the late 1980's and is very conveniently situated within a few hundred yards level walk of both the town centre, Hotham Park and Bognor Regis seafront. The flat itself has electric heating and UPVC double glazed replacement windows. Although Arran Gate does not have a resident warden, it does benefit from a care-line alarm system in case of emergencies.
