The property also has heating and pull cords to a 24 hour care line facility. Outside it is surrounded by attractive and well maintain communal gardens and parking. The property is offered with no forwarding chain. EPC GRADE C.

Location

The property is located a few hundred yards from the Bognor Regis town centre. There are a host of amenities within close proximity including a wealth of shopping facilities and super markets, post office, library, cinema and theatre. The Laburnum day centre is also a short walk away which offers various activities for retirees to enjoy throughout the day. Transport can be found in the way of regular buses giving access to East and West Sussex and a mainline train station. Glorious Hotham Park is also only a short walk away as well as the sea front.

The property is in a well maintained block and the flat is of an excellent size, with one of the larger lounge/diners available. There is a house manager on site daily and for there are pull cords in most rooms giving the resident full peace of mind that they will be well cared for.
