" Fairfield is a handsome detached house of character believed to date back some 200 years. Positioned within a delightful rural area between West Wittering village and Itchenor, the property is now offered for sale with the advantage of no forward chain. EPC-D

The accommodation offers space and flexibility measuring some 2,665 sq ft and arranged over two floors. The ground floor briefly comprises: entrance hall, 22ft sitting room with separate dining room, a country kitchen with separate utility room. Beyond the kitchen is the playroom and to the rear of the property, an equally generous family room

(with access to the attached garage, although either room could be used for a variety of purposes). The ground floor also includes a second utility lobby area which, in turn, leads to the cloaks/shower room.
