" We recommend an internal inspection of this semi-detached family home of 1,439 sq ft, situated approximately half a mile level walk from the traditional, seaside village of East Wittering. The accommodation is surprisingly generous and versatile and features to note include: two reception rooms linked via an archway which stretches along the whole length of the house, a fitted kitchen, separate utility room with access to the garage and a ground floor cloakroom. The sunroom provides a quiet spot in which to unwind and enjoy the south-facing rear garden.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, currently fitted with a walk-in shower. An enclosed balcony runs across the width of the property and some neighbouring properties have altered how this is configured so that it increases the internal bedroom sizes. Outside, there is ample off-road parking to the front of the property and a gated side entrance leads to the rear garden with a lawned area, vegetable patch, several timber storage sheds and a greenhouse. Situated in the coastal Village of East Wittering, which is located some 7 miles to the south west of the City of Chichester. The beach enjoys views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight and is popular with windsurfers.
