" An attractive, character property situated in a large plot in a sought-after residential area of West Wittering. The property offers a surprising level of accommodation and has been refurbished and extended in recent years; it now has a self-contained, one bedroom annexe and a newly-built detached double garage. The spacious accommodation measures 3,750 sq ft (including the garage and annexe) and briefly comprises: entrance porch opening into the entrance hall which, in turn, leads to the dining room with doors to the modern fitted kitchen, 21' reception room, conservatory and study with doors opening onto the garden.
