" Kingsmead is an attractive, newly constructed detached chalet house, within easy reach of the local beach at Bracklesham Bay. It is located on a non-estate residential road and is one of only two properties under construction by a local developer. It is expected to be finished and ready for occupation in autumn 2016. OCEPC - TBA.

Internally Kingsmead measures 1,654 sq ft and briefly comprises: entrance hall with store cupboard, under-stairs cupboard and shower/cloak room. The sitting room enjoys a southerly aspect, whilst the kitchen-family room is positioned at the rear of the building and overlooks the rear garden via bi-folding doors. The kitchen includes a range of fitted gloss white units with a central island and a range of integral appliances. The property has the added advantage of a separate utility room which also leads to the garden. In addition, the ground floor is complemented by the 4th bedroom or useful study/play room. Stairs from the entrance hall rise to the first floor landing where all three double bedrooms will be found. The master bedroom enjoys having an en-suite shower room and a view of the rear garden. Location
Situated within Bracklesham Bay, a coastal village some 7 miles to the south-west of Chichester. The beach enjoys views across The Solent to the Isle of Wight and is a popular place to enjoy a variety of water sports. The village offers a convenience store/post office and further amenities can be found at the nearby village of East Wittering, including: infants/junior school, GP surgery, chemist, dentist, library, post office, butcher, fishmonger, baker and greengrocer. There is also a regular bus service to Chichester with its wide range of shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatre and main line railway station. Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit are some 3 miles beyond Chichester.
