" This well-maintained detached bungalow is located on a good size plot with lovely landscaped gardens in a sought-after road, just a short level walk to both the beach and village centre. The property could now benefit from some modernisation and extension (subject to the usual consents) and would be an ideal downsizing move or second home. There is no forward chain.

The internal accommodation measures 810 sq ft and includes: entrance hall with two storage cupboards leading to the fitted kitchen, family bathroom, separate cloakroom/WC, sitting/dining room with feature fireplace and brick-built mantel and three bedrooms, two of which have the benefit of fitted wardrobes.
