" This once extended three bedroom detached bungalow occupies a prominent position on a sizeable corner plot in West Wittering.

The internal accommodation measures 1,495 sq ft (including garage) and offers spacious accommodation throughout with the most notable feature being the 24ft x 12ft sitting dining room located to the front of the bungalow. Whilst the property is in need of a little updating, the kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded in recent years.
