" This attractive, cottage style detached bungalow is located within Oakfield Avenue, a sought-after residential side road within easy reach of the East Wittering village centre and beach. The property has been improved by the current owners to provide well presented and flexible accommodation, ideal for a coastal retirement move or weekend retreat. Notable features include the vaulted and beamed sitting room ceiling, the climate control system used for heating and cooling the bungalow along with a useful brick built garden room which would make an ideal studio or home office.

Internally the accommodation measures 1,038 sqft and briefly comprises: entrance lobby which, in turn, leads into the spacious sitting room to the left and the modern kitchen to the right.
