" Lerryn is a substantial residence occupying a prime coastal position on West Strand and enjoys direct access to the beach. Many of the neighbouring properties within East and West Strand have been significantly re-modelled or replaced with new bespoke homes of high quality. Lerryn now offers just such an opportunity, as outline planning permission has now been granted for the demolition of the present dwelling and replacement with another (REF: WW/19/01932/OUT).
