" An attractive, L-shaped detached bungalow located within a quiet cul-de-sac of just 16 properties in the heart of West Wittering village and within a short level walk of its beaches at East Head. There is no forward chain.

The spacious accommodation measures 1,266 sq ft and includes a covered porch leading to: entrance hall with store cupboard, fitted kitchen with door to the rear garden, three bedrooms (two with fitted wardrobes and one with an en suite shower), family bathroom and a spacious sitting room which measures 19'3 x 19'2. The sitting room has a stone fireplace with flame-effect fire and open archway leading into the dining room and both rooms have patio doors opening onto the garden. EPC-E.
