" This spacious and well presented detached property is located within The Wad, a desirable private road at the heart of West Wittering village. Properties in The Wad are rarely available and are conveniently positioned for access to the Blue Flag beaches nearby. EPC-C.
The accommodation measures 1,895 sqft and briefly comprises: entrance hall with cloakroom opening into a spacious central hallway. From here the kitchen, L-shaped sitting-dining room and ground floor double bedroom with en-suite can all be found. In addition, there is a further reception room

(or potentially bedroom 4) which, in turn, leads on to the double glazed conservatory and rear garden. A second bathroom completes the ground floor. Stairs from the hallway rise the first floor where two large, double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom will be found.
