" Set on a good size plot and backing onto farmland, this chalet bungalow offers flexible accommodation and a generous west facing garden. Apuldram is a hamlet just to the south of Chichester, close to Fishbourne and Dell Quay.

The property has been extended to the rear and into the roof to create a spacious and well proportioned home with the majority of the accommodation on the ground floor and a superb master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor.

The property has been renovated throughout and now includes a large kitchen / diner across the rear of the property with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen has a range of attractive units, an island and granite work tops. Engineered oak flooring runs throughout the kitchen / diner and hall. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering. The area is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts, with beautiful walks and cycle tracks over the South Downs and around the harbour.
