" A most interesting and sympathetically executed conversion, Clayton Cantle has been created from the Wesleyan Chapel, originally built in 1872, with thick walls and Gothic doors. The chapel is divided into three dwellings, with number three, the largest, located at the rear of the building to take advantage of the views over Mill Pond Marsh and the southerly aspect. It is located in a sought-after conservation area in Sidlesham, on the edge of the Pagham Nature Reserve and a short walk from the popular Crab and Lobster pub.

The house is beautifully presented throughout with two reception rooms, a stylish kitchen / breakfast room, study, conservatory and garden room. The first floor has three double bedrooms, two of which enjoy views over Pagham harbour. The master bedroom has a modern en suite shower room and there is a family bathroom.
