" This lovely three bedroom family home, built in 2000 offers incredibly well proportioned rooms throughout and potential for some modernisation. The accommodation measures approximately 1150 sq ft (109 sqm) and comprises, to the ground floor a large 19ft x 16ft `L` shaped sitting room with sliding doors to the westerly aspect rear garden, separate dining room & kitchen which could potentially be opened up to provide a more modern kitchen dining room.
