" Set in a delightful semi rural location approximately five miles to the east of Chichester, Stable Cottage is an attractive detached house offering well proportioned accommodation, which flows well.

The ground floor has a welcoming kitchen / breakfast room with an AGA, an adjoining dining room, two further reception rooms and a conservatory overlooking the garden. The sitting room is a wonderful room benefitting from a dual aspect and an open fireplace. There is also a cloakroom, utility room and a store room. The first floor has four good size bedrooms, one with a dressing room and one with a balcony. There are two bathrooms.

The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, the Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria.
