" A superbly proportioned and well presented family house set in a quiet cul de sac. The house benefits from a pleasant westerly aspect to the rear looking over the neighbouring playing fields.
Upon entering the house there is a spacious entrance hall which leads to the large sitting room with an attractive stone fireplace housing a gas fire and French doors leading out to the garden. In addition, there is a generous sized dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room with French doors to the garden, a play room, a utility room and a WC. The first floor has four good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and built in wardrobes. Bedroom two has an en suite shower room. Both bedroom two and bedroom three have built in wardrobes and there is a family bathroom. The house has newly fitted carpets to many of the rooms.
There is parking on the block paved drive in front of the double garage. To the rear is a private garden which is mostly laid to lawn and has two areas of decking.

Tangmere offers a Co-op and local convenience store, primary school and church.
