" A truly stunning garden is one of the many benefits of this house. It is not often you will find a property that offers such good living space as well as having good sized bedrooms.The ground floor flows really well and provides lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, utility room and WC.The garden has obviously had a great deal of time and effort spent on it but it has been designed so that the next owner can enjoy relaxing in the garden without having to spend too much time maintaining it.The vendors have their eye on a new development for their forward purchase. We bought the house in Westlands Road because we enjoy the rural location and the close proximity of Chichester town centre.
