" What a great starter home! You can move in happily, make your mark and feel that it's yours very quickly. Or if you're an investor looking to grow your property portfolio, this is most definitely one you should jump at and view. The property itself has a porch and forecourt to the front, which opens up into two double reception rooms, with the staircase rising through the centre of the hallway. Proceed on through to a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and to the rear of the home is a spacious fully fitted Victorian bathroom that we are sure you could relax in after a hard day's work. Go on up the stairs and you will find two double bedrooms with ample storage space. The property gives you a very low maintenance rear garden with potting shed, if you enjoy getting the bulbs and plants ready in Spring. Locally, the schools are excellent with a solid reputation and they are all within walking distance. You are on a bus route in and out of town - all you gym enthusiasts, you're on top of the Mountbatten Leisure Centre, close to all local shops, North End High Street is a five minute stroll away and if you need the City Centre or Central Southsea, a short drive or bus ride will get you there. The M27 motorway and A3 links through to London are all of five - ten minutes away by car.

I have owned the property now for some thirty five years and what great times have been had here, with the children growing up, then the grandchildren coming along.
The house has such a warm feel to it and I must say, I will be sad to see it go but the time has now come for me to move on to pastures new and let someone else move in and, hopefully, take as much enjoyment and happiness from the property as I have over the years.
I will miss not having all my daily needs and requirements at my finger tips - it has been great having the shops and buses at the end of the road - even if it is only to pick up a pint of milk or a newspaper - you do take it for granted - it's been great.
