" What a superb house this is in North End! Perfect for anybody looking for a property that is in immaculate condition throughout. This is an attractive looking property with a single bay and forecourt and the well presented theme continues throughout. The two reception rooms offer flexible living; either could be the lounge or dining room, which ever you choose. With a conservatory leading out to the back, it really opens up the back of the house to incorporate the immaculate garden into the house itself. The contemporary kitchen is perfect for preparing meal times and could easily be the heart of the house. and with a modern bathroom upstairs and the bonus of a downstairs WC, there will be no fights for the bathroom in the morning! This was our first home together and we loved living here, albeit for a short space of time!
What initially attracted us was the garden - it is a real sun trap and we have created a lovely little haven out there, which is perfect for holding BBQ's or relaxing in with a book and a drink!
We have had a bit of a refresh throughout and have had a new boiler fitted as well, so there is very little work, if any, to be done in the house.
The neighbours are great here. It is a really quiet road. We are only selling because work is taking us elsewhere but we hope that someone else enjoys the property as much as we have.
