" This is a super family home, situated near a play park - ideal for the children to play in and not far from the centre of town and motorway links. Internally, this property is very well presented; with neutral tones throughout the decor is tasteful and allows the next owners to accessorise to their own preference. The kitchen/diner is a lovely place to enjoy family mealtimes, or even for entertaining friends as you can cook whilst they sit and enjoy a drink. It is a very sociable area! The lounge is a great family room - spacious, with plenty of room to relax in the evening together. Upstairs, you will find three good sized bedrooms, so no arguments over who has the biggest room! This is a great starter home for anybody looking to raise a family and we don't anticipate it hanging around for long. Give us a call to arrange a viewing.

We first bought this house because of the space it has to offer. The bedrooms were all a really good size, which suited our needs perfectly. We have kept the house in nice condition; it is pretty neutral throughout, so hopefully somebody can just move straight in and wouldn't have to do anything. The girls have enjoyed playing out in the park after school and the garden is a fair size as well, so there is plenty of space for them to run around. We are simply having a change of area but we have loved being in this house for the last few years.
