This is an impressive family home placed in a very quiet street in the hustle and bustle of central North End; close to all local amenities, road links and bus routes but with all that, when you sit in the extremely tranquil rear garden, you could be sat in a field in the middle of the New Forest. You cannot hear a pin drop! This alone is a huge plus. The property itself has been developed and massively improved throughout and we would not think even a paintbrush would need to be raised here. As you walk around this family home, you can see and hear the children running around, mum preparing the dinner for the evening and the man of the home sat comfortably in his chair in the lounge catching up on his TV - in a nutshell, a great family home that really must be looked at.

We purchased the property with the vision of staying for some time but with movements in both the UK and abroad, we have decided to sell and move on. We love the road and the neighbours very much.
Over the years, we have lived all over the city and we must say that we have never known such a quiet street and secondly, the people living along it to be so pleasant. This we will miss very much.
Over the last year or so, we have totally refurbished the property all the way through, from new windows to landscaping the garden. You name it, we have done it - and done it well! We decided to keep the finish fairly neutral for the next owner. We feel that we have created here a really nice family home.
