" Set on a quiet road to the south of Chichester, this attractive 1930's semi detached house is offered for sale with no forward chain. The house has been well maintained throughout while the house retains its original layout. There are two generous reception rooms, a conservatory, kitchen and utility room. The sitting room has a bay window and fireplace. To the side the passage between the garage and the house has a perspex roof providing a useful covered area with access to the utility room / cloakroom, garage and large shed.
