" Here we have a surprisingly spacious character cottage situated in the much sought after village of Bosham with a local shop situated close by. Also close by is Bosham train station giving access to Chichester and Portsmouth. Bosham itself boasts a very popular harbour with delightful walks and the historic village is even depicted in the Bayeux tapestry.The property really is a tardis. It has undergone much improvement by the current owners and now has a lovely mix of character with the practicality of modern living. There are three double bedrooms with a lovely bright double bedroom on the second floor, which is currently the master bedroom. Downstairs also offers flexible accommodation with a separate lounge, kitchen/dining room and a conservatory.Outside is another surprise with the garden measuring approximately 100ft and a garage at the bottom of the garden, which is ideal for storage but also plenty big enough to take a car.This is one property that you must see inside as it is difficult to appreciate the accommodation that is on offer from the outside of this attractive character cottage.

We have loved living here over the past 12 years and have gradually made changes to our home to suit our growing family's needs. We have always aimed to retain the character of the house and to keep the homely feel that struck us when we first bought it.The garden is a great place for children, gardening and relaxing. We often eat outdoors - the patio is lovely and sunny in the mornings. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen/dining room which again is a lovely sunny room. North Road has a good community spirit and the people are very neighbourly. It is a great place to set out on walks or bike rides as well as being near bus routes and within an easy walk of the train station.
