" An attractive older style detached bungalow situated in a mature non estate residential setting in Fishbourne village, about two miles west of Chichester, and about half a mile walk from Fishbourne railway station.

This attractive home requires a degree of updating and offers an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a modest project to personalise your new home. The property stands in a wide plot which is south east facing at the rear and has a private drive and detached single garage to one side. At some time a staircase has been installed leading up to the loft space which has been carpeted and lined, with two Velux windows.
