" A very pretty detached house set in the heart of this highly desirable Downland village. The house has a number of interesting features and offers excellent living accommodation. In addition there is a useful annexe which was formerly the double garage. The main house has two generous reception rooms, a reception hall and a kitchen / breakfast room. Both the sitting room and reception hall have brick fireplaces with log burners. The kitchen has an oil fired Aga and an electric Rangemaster oven.

The first floor has a large landing with four bedrooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawers and an en suite bathroom. The detached annexe has a large room with a log burner, a small kitchen and a shower room. There is parking for at least four cars. EPC-E

The private gardens are a particular feature of the property having been lovingly nurtured by the current owners. There is a large area of lawn, a brick and paved sun terrace and a number of flower beds. Distant views of the South Downs are gained to the rear. In addition the River Lavant winds its way around the rear of the garden.

The Downland village of Singleton offers a local shop/tea room, church and primary school. The surrounding area has a number of excellent public houses and wonderful walks.
