" Built in 2012 by Oakford Homes and finished to a high standard throughout. Entering the property into an entrance hall with downstairs WC, cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor. On your right is the kitchenbreakfast room benefiting from a large bay window overlooking the front of the property and bringing in plenty of natural light. The kitchen has been fitted with contemporary units, integrated Smeg appliances, marble worktops and a breakfast bar. To the rear of the property is a bright and airy sittingdining room with large sliding patio doors opening out onto a paved seating area and garden beyond. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a built in wardrobe and the benefit of an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Situation
Located in the desirable hamlet of Halnaker, to the north-east of Chichester. There is a good local public house The Anglesey Arms and a village shop in neighbouring Boxgrove. The cathedral city of Chichester offers more comprehensive leisure and
shopping facilities, with a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars, and a mainline station to London Victoria. The Goodwood estate is approx. 2.5 miles away and is famous for the world renowned Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Glorious Goodwood. There is a health, leisure and gold club just over 1 mile away and Goodwood farm shop offers local and organic produce from the Goodwood Estate. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering. The area is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts, with beautiful walks and cycle tracks over the South Downs and around the harbour.
