" This is the perfect location for a family home, with the primary school and local shops & takeaways just a 0.3 mile stroll. At the weekends, ditch the car and walk or cycle the red paths through to woods, parks & shopping centre in Whiteley or jump on the train at Swanwick for an adventure further afield.
The double length driveway allows parking for 2, or possibly 3, cars and there's an outside tap for that Sunday morning carwash. Stepping in the hall the lovely wood flooring stretches through to the living room and stairs lead up to the first floor with a cloakroom neatly located under.
