This has been a great holiday home for us as it is such low maintenance and because we didn't live locally we have the peace of mind that the building is secure and always very well looked after.
The apartment is in such a convenient location as it is close to the town centre and also the ferry terminal making visits over to Portsmouth and the various shops, restaurants and bars over in Gunwharf very accessible.
This property jumped out at us as we wanted some outside space and apartments don't normally have any, so when we saw the large garden on this place we couldn't believe it. We've loved being able to walk to the seafront in the summer.
