" This is one of those properties that impact you almost as soon as you walk through the front door. Extremely well presented throughout and I think the majority of people looking for a two bedroom bungalow in this area, would struggle to not like what is on offer here.The present owners stripped this back to the bare minimum, waiting six months before moving in, as the workforce moved in and did what we consider to be a very good job. The property itself has an enclosed rear garden plus a large green in the middle of the estate, ideal for the kids to play on, or for the dog to have a good run around.In the summer months you can enjoy a short stroll down to Eastoke, grab a bag of chips and wonder along the beach, enjoying the beautiful views across the sea, then why not pop into one of the local pubs for a nice cold drink to cool you down. Also within easy access, you will find Mengham Village with an array of shops, The Hayling Health Cenntre, dentist and all of the local schools.So if you are looking for a lovely bungalow in a quiet private estate then this may be the home for you. When we bought this bungalow it was cheap but needed everything doing to it. Now the only original things left are the roof and the bay window.The main consideration at the time of buying it was 'feeling safe', and it gave us that feeling.The neighbours are lovely and the kids can play on the green, and if they want, we are but a short distance from the sea.The only reason we are moving is to allow for our children to have their own bedrooms, otherwise we would happily stay put.
