" As you step inside this smart bungalow, the first thing you will notice is the huge entrance hall. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting, measuring over 30ft in length! The impressive hall has a lovely solid oak floor and doors leading to all the rooms. This property certainly offers more than you might expect!Walking round the bungalow, you can appreciate the flexibility the accommodation offers. If you need four bedrooms, then the accommodation lends itself perfectly. Alternatively, the bungalow works equally well with three bedrooms and a formal dining room. The lounge is situated in the extended rear part of the bungalow and enjoys dual aspect views of the garden. There is also a fantastic feature multi fuel stove - ideal for those Winter evenings. The excellent home is served by two bathroom, both of which have been re-fitted. The main family bathroom boasts a spa bath and the main bedroom has an impressive en-suite wet room. Outside, there is a long drive providing plenty of parking and there is also a garage. Although the bungalow has been extended, there is still a very good size garden left to enjoy!

What the Owner says:

Our bungalow has been in my family since 1967. We have recently undertaken a programme of reimbursements that included building a large rear extension. We love the space our bungalow provides us with. The road is very quiet and very peaceful. A lot of our neighbours have also lived in their properties for a number of years - which I think says something about how nice the road is. It really has been great living here; we have found it very convenient with good shops, schools and the buses all within walking distance. We have a unique bungalow that now provides family sized accommodation.
