" Henry Adams - Hayling Island is delighted to present this exquisitely finished cottage overlooking Chichester Harbour, Langstone Bridge and North Common. Set in the picturesque village of Northney, this charming home has been the subject of considerable improvement whilst under the ownership of our Vendor. Since 2012, the property has been replastered, rewired, fitted with a new central heating system, extended to the side and rear, the roof has been replaced and the wall ties and insulation have been upgraded. The finish of the house is of an exceptional standard. Engineered oak flooring flows through the ground floor; the lounge has a dual-aspect and has been fitted with a delightful log burner. The kitchen/breakfast room has been totally replaced and extended with oak work surfaces and a granite breakfast bar. Situation
The cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Northney and just outside the St. Peter's Conservation Area. The Church of St Peter is situated just south of the property along with unspoilt areas of countryside to be found nearby as well. The foreshore is a short walk across a footpath to the west whilst Northney Marina is a few minutes walk from the property. Access on and off the Island is good with Langstone bridge being around 1 mile from the property itself.
