" 67 Sinah Lane is a fine detached house which has been totally renovated by the current owners. The house sits in a mature plot, tucked away near the end of a quiet residential lane. It offers stylishly presented accommodation, which is also very spacious, with all the main rooms being of an excellent size. The kitchen and bathroom suites, in particular, are very well appointed and there are attractive brick fireplaces in some of the rooms.
Situation
The property is set in a tucked away position in Sinah Lane, which is located in the extremely sought-after position of south west Hayling Island, close to the excellent links golf course and beach front beyond. Nearby is the popular Sinah Warren hotel as well as a foot passenger ferry with services to Southsea. Hayling Island is located to the south of Havant and has access to the A3(M) leading to Chichester, Portsmouth and Petersfield to the north. Havant is a mainline railway station with services to London Waterloo. Hayling Island is renowned for its beautiful countryside and shoreline.
