" Henry Adams is delighted to present this truly unique property situated moments away from the Hayling Island seafront. The house was originally built in 1963 by the architect Hedley Greentree to a very bold and unique specification and has been comprehensively refurbished by the current owners between 2000 and 2010 to provide a balance between luxury, opulence and comfort. The interior features large spacious rooms with original cedar ceilings and rich dark pine floors. First impressions are wow as one enters the vast reception hall leading into the ground floor dining room. In addition downstairs there are two more rooms giving options for bed or reception space and a shower room. Up the cantilever style staircase to the first floor there is another expansive sitting room with pine flooring and a door giving access on to the balcony to the front of the house. in addition upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate shower. Outside the grounds are predominantly to the front of the house and there is a double garage with ample parking for several cars. This property very much lends itself to a holiday home with scope perhaps to create two flats very close to the water, subject to the usual permissions. Early viewing is recommended EPC-E.

Located in the popular south end of Hayling Island, the property is situated within easy reach of the sea front.
