" Situated in the village of Southbourne located between Emsworth and Chichester, with its own parade of shops, railway station and the popular Bourne College which received an outstanding award in the 2008 Ofsted inspections.The layout of this property is both conventional and comfortable with the hub being the 20'8 kitchen with utility and dining area across the rear of the house. The layout is such that you can cook whilst watching the children at the dining area and playing in the rear garden.
On the ground floor there is also a comfortable lounge and converted garage which works well as either a 4th bedroom, study or how about a room for the children to play in?, keeping all the toys in one place.
On the first floor there are 3 good size bedrooms and family bathroom, the rear garden has a great patio area perfect for BBQ's and entertaining.
With an extended porch and parking for 2/3 vehicles this house really does have a lot to offer and must be viewed.

We have lived at the property for ten years and it has been perfect for all our needs, the train station is great for nipping to Brighton or Portsmouth for shopping, the local shop is a god save for the necessities.
With a big family the room sizes here have been a great bonus compared to others we looked at and i have spent a lot of time, money and energy updating the kitchen, utility area, we converted the garage and found it perfect for the children's friends to come over whilst we still had some peace in the lounge.
The garden is secure perfect for pets and great in the summer, the schools are really good and close by so no real school run needed by car.
