" Tucked away down a leafy cul-de-sac, this delightful bungalow seems a world away from the hustle and bustle of suburban life, yet lies only moments away from everything you might need. Indeed, with a convenience store, good schools, bus routes and rail links within such easy reach, it is hard to imagine a better location if you try.
Once inside, this lovely home does not fail to impress. The stylish, free flowing layout sweeps from the front to the back of the house, allowing you to look right through and out into the stunning garden beyond. Although beautifully modernised and maintained, there is still scope to improve upon what already exists. The loft has been converted to create a magnificent space with its own bathroom, which subject to a new staircase being installed would make a wonderful master bedroom suite. An enclosed car port adjoining the bungalow could be utilised a number of ways or might even be integrated into the current living accommodation to provide more space to the ground floor should it be needed (subject to the necessary planning consents being granted).

We really like being here and have put a lot of love and care into our home to make it what it is today. The cul-de-sac is just so quiet that sometimes, when we are sat in the garden, it almost feels as if you are in the middle of the countryside. All you can here are the birds singing and the trees swaying in the wind, it truly is delightful.
When we do need to go into town however, we are spoilt as we are very close to both the beautiful villages of Emsworth and Westbourne. In fact, we have almost everything we need literally on our doorstep, so it will be a sad day when we eventually have to leave it all behind.
