" Built in the late 1980s this is a beautifully presented detached family home. Alfrey Close is a quiet cul de sac in a very convenient location for the local railway station and close to a stop for bus access to Chichester, Portsmouth and Brighton. There is an open chimney in the sitting room and a lovely size family kitchen/breakfast room with a built in dishwasher. Upstairs there are three good size double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom. The garage is single and integral with a new up and over door and the garden is low maintenance with its centre piece being a lovely ornamental flowering cherry tree. There is also a pond and a summer house.

Situation
The village has a range of local amenities including convenience store, farm shop, leisure centre and doctor's surgery, as well as renowned local primary and secondary schooling. The Cathedral City of Chichester, with its extensive cultural and retail centres, is about 6 miles to the east, whilst Emsworth, under 2 miles to the west, is a thriving harbourside village with pubs and restaurants including the Michelin starred '36 on the Quay' and has attractive foreshore walks towards Langstone and Bosham along the upper reaches of Chichester Harbour with access to the A27 towards Portsmouth, Southampton and London (via the A3M).
