Located to the east of Emsworth in a quiet residential development in West Sussex, 52 Bramley Gardens is within easy reach of the thriving harbourside town with its two sailing clubs, local shopping, pubs and restaurants, including the Michelin starred 36 on the Quay. The foreshore of Chichester Harbour to the south offers delightful coastal walks towards Bosham in the east and Langstone to the west.
