" What a find! This immaculate two bedroom detached bungalow can be found in a sought after crescent within walking distance of the Emsworth town centre and walks along the foreshore.
The property has been completely re-furbished by the current owners over the last few years.
To the front of the bungalow a patterned imprinted concrete drive has been laid to provide ample parking. The front garden has been pleasantly stocked with mature trees, shrubs and borders and although the main garden is to the front it feels fairly secluded. There is even a potting shed where one could sit and ponder about life! To the rear there is a private secluded south facing courtyard which is low maintenance and is laid to paving with borders.
The bungalow is double glazed throughout with an enclosed double glazed porch to the front and conservatory to the rear. There is a kitchen/breakfast room which is very good size and has a fully tiled floor and a great range of integral appliances, creating a real hub to the home.
If you are looking for a low maintenance, immaculately presented bungalow close to the amenities that Emsworth has to offer then this must certainly be on the top of your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

"The location and quietness is what first attracted us to this property and although it required a fair amount of work, we could see the potential it offered. We have worked very hard over the last few years making this bungalow our home and had every intention of staying but times have moved on and feel now that we would like to spend more time closer to our family and growing amount of grandchildren! Unfortunately this takes us away from the Emsworth area. It saddens us to have to leave but we believe whoever decides to purchase our home will enjoy it as much as we have"
