" An extremely rare opportunity to acquire this three-bedroom waterside home set in one of Emsworth’s most desirable residential locations.

Enjoying Mill Pond and harbour views, this attractive end-of-terrace residence offers tremendous scope for improvement and extension, and is being offered for sale with no forward chain.
