" Gorgeous and stylish 2 double bedroom terrace house in a small cul-de-sac. Living room, modern fitted kitchen/diner including appliances, modern bathroom with shower over bath. uPVC D/G. Private sunny rear garden. Parking.

* Entrance Hallway * Living Room * Fabulous Kitchen/Diner * Two Double Bedrooms * Bathroom *

This is a lovely two bedroom mid terrace house that is situated towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Kings Tamerton district of the City.

One of the great features of the house is it's stylish contemporary decoration with a great mix of cool classic tones along with one or two more vibrant colours which combine to give the house a lovely light homely feeling to it.

The front door opens into the entrance hallway rather than into the living room itself and this is a nice touch that you will appreciate on a wet winters day. The living room has a large picture window that looks out to the front and this room ans is finished with quality wooden flooring. The ktchen/diner is our favourite room. The kitchen area is fitted with a fabulous range of white coloured high gloss units arranged in a horseshoe along three walls and finished with contrasting black quartz effect worktops. There is a full range of built-in appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, stainless steel hob, extractor, single oven and separate microwave. Hidden behind a set of glossy doors is an integral fridge and separate freezer and finishing touches include the floor level pelmet accent lighting and chrome switches to the lights and plugs. Lovely! This room has a hard wearing slate effect tile floor and in the dining area there is room for a good sized table and chairs.

Upstairs, across the front of the house is the main bedroom. This spacious room measures just under 14' wide and has two picture windows with far reaching views across the City to Dartmoor in the distance. Bedroom two, although smaller, is still a good size double and the great thing about this room is the view over the rear garden to the playing fields at the back. Finally, the bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite complete with an electric shower over the bath.

At the front, the house is nicely set back from the road with a gently sloping lawn and just across the road is a parking space. The rear garden is a sun worshippers paradise: open to the sun throughout the day especially in the afternoons and evenings and yet very private.

The house is being sold on a FREEHOLD basis with no onward chain.
