Location    The property is set on a non-estate residential setting on the edge of the village of Delabole which is steeped history with an industrial background and is most well known for the high quality slate coming from the villages quarry. Now mined on a much smaller scale, the village offers a range of local amenities including convenience store, public house, doctors surgery, church, petrol station, primary and infant schooling and a variety of countryside walks accessed from the village itself. Delabole is situated approximately three miles inland from the north Cornwall coastline with its carved and rugged coastal footpaths and access to a variety of bathing and surfing beaches, with the closest being Trebarwith Strand.
