This is a ‘Woolaway‘ constructed bungalow which we understand may not be mortgagable due to the type of construction and as such any potential buyer may need to be a cash purchaser. The accommodation comprises entrance porch, hall, lounge, kitchen, dining area, conservatory overlooking the garden, three bedrooms and bathroom. The property benefits from double glazing and gas central heating. The bungalow occupies a generous plot with good sized rear garden and a front garden that commands far reaching views. Whitestone Road is a popular road located on the western side of Bodmin approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre.
