" Three bed semi detached house in cul-de-sac location.

* Hallway * Living Room * Dining Room * Breakfast Room * Kitchen * Conservatory * 2 Double Bedrooms * 1 Single Bedroom * Bathroom * Front Garden * 60ft rear Garden * Garage * Driveway for 3 Cars *

This is a 3 bedroom semi detached house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the popular residential area of Higher Compton.

The house is very much like a blank canvas - all the rooms are painted in magnolia and it would not take very much effort to lift the feel of the place and turn it into a lovely colourful and characterful family home. All the accommodation is a good size and the property has both uPVC double glazing and gas central heating.

The front door leads through a small vestibule into the airy hallway where there is a useful cloak cupboard that has been converted into separate WC. The living room is open plan alongside the dining room and the two rooms combined measure 25'10 from front to back. The nice feature of the living room is the deep bay window that looks out onto the front garden whilst at the other end of the dining room 2 double doors open out into the conservatory. At the end of the hallway a door leads through to the breakfast room which in turn connects to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of stylish high gloss white units with contrasting black quartz effect worktops. Finishing touches here are brushed chrome handles and a matching stainless steel oven, hob and extractor.

On the first floor at the front is the master bedroom that measures over 14ft into the bay with a good sized single bedroom alongside. The second double bedroom feels almost as big as the first and this room has a panoramic window with a great outlook over the City to Dartmoor in the distance. The bathroom is fitted with a modern off-white coloured suite that includes a Mira shower over the bath.

The front garden slopes gently down from the road and is laid mainly to lawn. Neighbouring houses have adapted this to parking but with this house there is a driveway that runs along the side of the house that could easily park three vehicles. The drive tapers down to 6'6 at the bottom which is manageable for a small car where there is then a standard size single garage. The rear garden is approximately 60' in depth and, like the front, slopes gently away from the house and is laid to lawn. It has a great open aspect and picks up the sun especially in the afternoons and evenings which is the ideal time for the summer barbecue!

The house is being sold on a Freehold basis with no onward chain.
