" This well proportioned four bedroom property is located within a lovely peaceful cul de sac in Laira and offers easy access to great bus links, schools & amenities. It comprises of a porch that then flows into a sizeable dining room which is partially open plan to the kitchen making this a wonderful entertaining space and an area that would be the hub of this family home. There is a downstairs cloakroom and very useful utility area. The kitchen is well laid out and has been refitted. Down a few steps is a larger than average lounge with patio doors offering access out to the south west facing garden which benefits from lovely open views. Upstairs there is bedroom two and three and then up a few more steps you find the master bedroom and bedroom four.
